Ingredients

COCKTAIL

• 1.5 ounces blueberry flavored vodka
• 1 tablespoon honey simple syrup
• 1 (12 ounce) can lemon-flavored sparkling water

HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP

• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup honey

OPTIONAL GARNISHES

• lemon slices
• fresh blueberries
• rosemary sprig

Instructions

1. To make honey simple syrup, combine the water and honey in a small pot over medium low heat. Stir frequently until the honey dissolves, then remove from heat. Allow to cool before using.
2. To make the cocktail, combine the blueberry vodka and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake or stir vigorously until chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with lemon-flavored sparkling water. Garnish if desired.
